Position: QA Engineer
Location: Satellite, Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing and automation testing to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects, bugs, and inconsistencies in the software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand project objectives and ensure effective test coverage.
- Execute test cases, analyze test results, and report defects using defect tracking tools.
- Participate in test strategy discussions and contribute to the overall test planning and execution process.
- Perform API testing, if experienced, to validate the functionality and performance of APIs.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide accurate and timely status reports on test progress, defects, and overall project status.
- Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test data.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in manual testing and automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Proficiency in using automation testing tools and frameworks, such as Selenium or similar.
- Exposure to API testing will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
