Job Summary: As a QA Engineer at Desynova Digital, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will collaborate closely with our development team to understand project requirements and deliver software solutions that meet the highest standards. Your primary responsibility will involve designing and executing test cases to validate the functional and non-functional aspects of the software. You will be responsible for manual testing, focusing on factors such as functionality, usability, and overall user experience.

- Collaborate with the development team to gain a deep understanding of project requirements and specifications.
- Design and execute comprehensive test cases to ensure that software products meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and usability issues.
- Focus on various aspects of testing, including functionality, usability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to address and resolve issues identified during testing.
- Document and report defects and issues using appropriate tools and procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process by providing feedback and suggesting enhancements.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to discuss testing strategies, progress, and challenges.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing and quality assurance.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and tools.
- Proficiency in designing and executing test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Experience with manual testing techniques and practices, focusing on functional and usability aspects.
- Familiarity with testing non-functional aspects such as performance, security, and compatibility.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and communicate defects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide clear feedback.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of quality and precision.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
