Job Summary: As a QA Engineer at Desynova Digital, you will work collaboratively with our development team to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases that rigorously evaluate both functional and non-functional aspects of our applications. Your primary focus will be on manual testing, where you will assess factors such as functionality, usability, and overall user experience. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the development team to gain a deep understanding of project requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases that cover various scenarios and use cases.
Perform manual testing to assess the functionality, usability, and overall user experience of our software products.
Identify, document, and prioritize defects, issues, and inconsistencies in a clear and concise manner.
Work closely with developers to ensure that identified defects are understood, resolved, and retested.
Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide input on potential quality-related issues.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of testing documentation, including test plans and test scripts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software quality assurance.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance testing methodologies and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role for 2 – 3 years.
Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with testing tools and defect tracking systems.
Basic knowledge of programming languages and scripting (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium) is a plus.
