Position: QA Analyst
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

As part of our ongoing growth, we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced QA Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing to verify the functionality, performance, and reliability of software applications.
- Identify and document software defects and inconsistencies, using appropriate bug tracking tools and following established processes.
- Collaborate closely with the development team, business analysts, and project managers to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues.
- Perform regression testing to ensure the stability and compatibility of software applications after changes or enhancements.
- Utilize various testing methodologies and techniques to identify potential issues and risks in software applications.
- Analyze test results and provide clear and concise reports on the quality and progress of the testing process.
- Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Requirements:
- 2-9 years of experience as a QA Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing, with hands-on experience in using testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit).
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools, such as JIRA or Bugzilla, and test management tools.
- Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- ISTQB certification or any relevant testing certifications would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) is a plus.
