Position: QA Analyst
Location: Noida
Amanzi Technologies Private Limited, a leading US IT-based MNC company, is urgently hiring for the position of QA Analyst. We are seeking talented individuals with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The role is based in Noida and offers a hybrid work mode. We require immediate joiners who possess strong skills in Java + Selenium, API Testing, Manual Testing, Automation Testing, UI Automation, and TestNG.
Responsibilities:
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications and systems to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate with the development team to define test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts. Execute testing activities according to the defined test plan.
- Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Java and Selenium.
- API Testing: Perform API testing using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Manual Testing: Conduct manual testing to identify defects and ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of the software.
- UI Automation: Implement UI automation frameworks and scripts to automate testing processes.
- Defect Tracking and Reporting: Document and track defects using appropriate tools. Prepare and present test reports and defect analysis to stakeholders.
- Test Environment Setup: Collaborate with the team to set up and maintain test environments.
- Test Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- TestNG: Utilize TestNG framework for test case management, reporting, and test execution.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and actively participate in implementing best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming and Selenium WebDriver.
- Hands-on experience in API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Solid understanding of manual testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience in automation testing using frameworks and tools like TestNG.
- Proficiency in UI automation using Selenium or other related frameworks.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in the US IT industry is a plus.
