Position: PI Manager – Lead Testing Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Preferred Technical and Functional Skills: Proven technical expertise in Alteryx or PowerBI is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the testing team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Create and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Work closely with development teams to retest and validate bug fixes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Testing Engineer or Quality Analyst.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and concepts.
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience in defect creation and retesting.
- Proficiency in bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Hands-on experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, JMeter, and Postman.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Good knowledge and experience of automation frameworks.
- Technical expertise in Alteryx or PowerBI (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
