Position: Performance Testing / Engineering Professional
Location: Pune, Bangalore (BLR), Hyderabad, Chennai

We are currently seeking experienced Performance Testing / Engineering Professionals to join our team at multiple locations including Pune, Bangalore (BLR), Hyderabad, and Chennai.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance testing activities for various applications and systems to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements, performance goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop performance test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts to simulate real-world user scenarios.
• Execute performance tests using industry-standard tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, Dynatrace, App Dynamics, and Splunk.
• Analyze test results and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and areas for optimization.
• Provide recommendations for performance improvements, system tuning, and capacity planning based on test findings.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve performance-related defects and optimize system performance.
• Monitor system performance in production environments and proactively identify and address performance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing and monitoring tools, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance testing and engineering, with 4-8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in using performance testing tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, Dynatrace, App Dynamics, and Splunk.
• Sound understanding of system architecture, network protocols, and distributed systems.
• Experience in analyzing performance test results and identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring and analysis tools to troubleshoot performance issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Certifications in performance testing or engineering would be an added advantage.
