Cashify is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manual Testing Engineer to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manual testing methodologies and a proven track record of ensuring product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for software applications.
- Define testing scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Test Case Design and Execution:
- Create detailed, comprehensive test cases based on product specifications.
- Execute test cases and document results, ensuring thorough coverage.
Defect Reporting and Tracking:
- Identify, report, and track software defects using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Regression Testing:
- Conduct regression testing to validate software functionality after code changes.
Adherence to SDLC:
- Ensure testing activities align with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and priorities.
- Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience of 2-5 years in manual testing roles.
Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.
Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
