Job Description: Aristocrat is looking for experienced Manual Testing Engineers to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our gaming products. As a Manual Testing Engineer, you will work closely with our development teams to identify, document, and rectify defects in our gaming software, ultimately contributing to the delivery of world-class gaming experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create detailed test plans and test cases.
  2. Test Execution: Execute manual test cases to identify software defects, document test results, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
  3. Defect Management: Report and track defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring that all identified issues are addressed promptly.
  4. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to verify bug fixes and ensure that new changes do not introduce additional issues.
  5. Test Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date test documentation, including test cases, test data, and test results.
  6. Test Environment Setup: Set up and configure test environments as needed to replicate production conditions.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that testing aligns with project goals and timelines.
  8. Test Automation: Collaborate with the automation testing team to identify opportunities for test automation and contribute to the development of automated test scripts.
  9. Quality Assurance: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and best practices within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manual testing, with a minimum of 3-7 years in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.
  • Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Familiarity with test management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Selenium, Python) is a plus.

Notice Period: We are looking for immediate joiners to candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
