Job Summary: As a Conga QA at Wipro, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications, with a specific focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will be responsible for manual testing, automation testing, and ensuring overall software quality. Your expertise in Salesforce Admin, Conga CPQ, CLM, and automation testing using C# and Selenium will be essential in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manual and Automation Testing: Perform manual testing and automate test cases using C# and Selenium for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications.
  2. Salesforce Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce Admin functionalities, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, and ensure that the testing aligns with Salesforce best practices.
  3. Conga CPQ and CLM: Familiarity with Conga CPQ and CLM is a plus, as it will help in enhancing testing capabilities for Conga-related functionalities.
  4. Software Automation Testing: Leverage your 5+ years of software automation testing experience to drive efficient and effective testing processes.
  5. Web UI Automation: Experience with Web UI automation using C# and Selenium will be advantageous.
  6. Salesforce Framework: Understand and work with the framework of Salesforce and associated applications to create comprehensive test scenarios.
  7. Quality Ownership: Take ownership of multiple testing initiatives to improve software quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
  8. Testing Methodologies: Utilize Agile testing methodologies to optimize testing processes and meet project deadlines.
  9. Azure Tools: Experience with Azure tools is preferred but not mandatory.
  10. Software Testing Types: Familiarity with different types of software testing, including Unit, Smoke, Regression, Acceptance, Performance, Security, and Database testing.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 4 – 6 years of experience in software automation testing, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  2. Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Good to have skills in Conga CPQ and CLM.
  3. Web UI Automation: Experience in Web UI automation using C# and Selenium.
  4. Salesforce Framework: Understanding of the Salesforce framework and associated applications.
  5. Initiative and Goal-Centric: Proactive and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership in driving quality improvements.
  6. Functional and Non-Functional Aspects: Thorough knowledge of functional and non-functional aspects of software testing.
  7. Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile testing environments.
  8. Azure Tools: Knowledge of Azure tools is preferred.
