Position: Manual Tester

Location: Gujarat

Trreta Techlabs is a growing technology company and we are currently hiring for the position of a Manual Tester. We are specifically looking for candidates based in Gujarat who have a strong educational background in MCA, BE, BTECH, or MSC. If you have 2 to 5 years of experience in manual testing and are passionate about ensuring the quality of software applications, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Design and execute test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
• Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure their resolution.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure overall product quality.
• Document and report defects in a clear and concise manner using appropriate defect tracking tools.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Contribute to the improvement of the testing process by identifying areas for automation and efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manual testing methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.

Requirements:

• Educational background in MCA, BE, BTECH, or MSC.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in manual testing of software applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with various testing techniques, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
• Experience in documenting test cases, test scenarios, and test results.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and test management tools.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks is a plus.
• Passionate about ensuring the quality and usability of software applications.
