Position: Manual QA Engineer
Location: Bhilai and Indore

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements.
- Create and execute detailed test cases and test scripts to verify the functionality, usability, and performance of web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product owners, to understand project requirements and provide input on testing strategies.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies, and collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform thorough regression testing to validate software updates and bug fixes.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Adhere to Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other team meetings.
- Conduct API testing, both manually and using automation tools, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of APIs.
- Collaborate with the automation team to enhance and maintain automated test suites using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, and JMeter.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer.
- Strong experience in manual testing, with a deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience in testing both web applications and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development methodology.
- Experience in API testing, both manual and automated (automation experience is a plus).
- Good knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, JMeter, etc. (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively communicate issues and recommendations.
- Good documentation skills to maintain accurate and organized testing documentation.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- ISTQB certification or other relevant certifications are a plus.
