Position: Junior Tester/Test Leader
Location: Pune

Source-right, a leading software solutions provider, is seeking a talented and experienced Junior Tester/Test Leader to join our team in Pune. If you have a passion for software testing, experience in the automotive domain, and strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct customer requirement analysis, prepare test plans, and execute and review tests.
- Lead a team and provide regular updates to customers on a weekly basis.
- Experience in the full defect lifecycle, including integration, functional, regression, black box, and sanity testing.
- Analyze requirements, create test plans, write test cases, and execute them for various infotainment features such as Camera, Sonar, Navigation, Audio, HVAC, Infotainment, HMI, etc.
- Perform root cause analysis of bugs and collaborate with different stakeholders.
- Strong experience in manual testing for various infotainment features.
- Execute test cases, report bugs, reproduce and verify bug fixes, and ensure bug closure.
- Interact with clients across the globe and maintain effective communication.
- Utilize MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Access Database, MS Project) for documentation and reporting.
- Familiarity with VB Scripting for macro development.
- Possess good communication and presentation skills, self-starter attitude, quick learning abilities, and a strong team player mindset.
