Job Description: EPAM Systems is seeking experienced and skilled Senior Engineers with expertise in Manual Testing, Functional Testing, API Testing using Postman, and Database Testing using SQL. As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
- Conduct functional testing to validate software against defined specifications and requirements.
- Strong expertise in API testing using Postman to validate API endpoints and data.
- Conduct database testing using SQL to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and functionality.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test cases and test plans.
- Document and track defects using bug tracking tools or systems.
- Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Participate in code reviews and provide input for improvement.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the testing process and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Manual Testing, Functional Testing, API Testing, and Database Testing.
- Strong expertise in API testing using Postman.
- Proficiency in SQL for database testing.
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify and report defects accurately.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
