Position: French Communicators with Manual Testing Expertise
Location: PAN India
Job Description: As a French communicator with manual testing expertise, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our software solutions, while also providing support and communication in French. You should have a strong background in manual testing methodologies and techniques, along with fluency in the French language. Your responsibilities will involve conducting manual testing activities, communicating with French-speaking stakeholders, and ensuring that the software meets quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of software applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
- Create and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Perform defect tracking and management, including defect identification, reporting, and verification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure effective testing and defect resolution.
- Communicate and provide support in French to French-speaking stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Translate technical documentation, requirements, and user stories from English to French.
- Participate in test strategy and planning sessions, providing inputs and recommendations based on your expertise in manual testing.
- Identify and report risks and issues related to quality assurance and propose suitable mitigation strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in manual testing.
- Contribute to process improvements and initiatives related to quality assurance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluency in French, with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken French.
- 4+ years to 10+ years of experience in manual testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
- Experience in creating test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex systems.
- Good collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- ISTQB certification (preferred, but not mandatory).
