Job Summary: We are looking for experienced Core Banking Software Testers to join our team at our Chennai location. As a Core Banking Software Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Core Banking software products, focusing on functionalities related to CASA, TD, Loans, and Lending Modules in the Retail Banking domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in testing Core Banking systems, including platforms such as Temenos T24, Flexcube, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, and extensive knowledge of testing various modules within the Retail Banking domain. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end testing of Core Banking systems, emphasizing functionalities related to CASA, TD, Loans, and Lending Modules in the Retail Banking domain.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and security of our Core Banking software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand software requirements and deliver effective test solutions.
  • Identify, document, and track defects through the testing process, ensuring their resolution by working closely with the development team.
  • Perform regression testing and participate in system integration testing to validate the Core Banking software’s performance and stability.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing activities.
  • Maintain detailed test documentation and prepare test reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings, reviews, and discussions to contribute to the overall development and enhancement of the Core Banking software.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Software Tester with a specific focus on testing Core Banking systems.
  • Strong expertise in testing Core Banking software, including platforms such as Temenos T24, Flexcube, Finacle, TCS BaNCS, or similar.
  • In-depth knowledge of testing CASA, TD, Loans, and Lending Modules in the Retail Banking domain.
  • Familiarity with test case design techniques, test automation, and testing tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality test results within project timelines.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
