- Project Management: Leverage your extensive experience in managing and delivering multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Utilize your excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, understand their requirements, and provide regular project updates and progress reports.
- Multi-Disciplinary Projects: Apply your expertise in managing projects that involve a blend of manual and automation testing, overseeing the execution of testing strategies across diverse teams.
- Agile Environment: Leverage your familiarity with Agile methodologies to guide and support the testing team in Agile practices, ensuring efficient and effective project execution.
- Shift Work: Demonstrate flexibility by being comfortable with working in shifts if required by project needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a Test Management role.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, ensuring project requirements are understood and met.
- Comprehensive understanding of manual and automation testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in managing teams and fostering collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- ISTQB or similar testing certification is a plus.
