Job Description: As an Associate Quality Analyst – Functional Testing at MTX Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications by performing manual and functional testing. Key Responsibilities:

Manual and Functional Testing: Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality aligns with project requirements.
Salesforce Testing (Good to Have): If you have experience with Salesforce, you will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge to Salesforce testing projects.
Automation Testing (Plus): If you have experience with automation testing, you will be encouraged to contribute to automation efforts, develop test scripts, and work with automation testing tools.
Test Case Creation: Develop comprehensive test cases and test plans based on project requirements to ensure thorough testing coverage.
Defect Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects using established processes and tools, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing to verify that software changes do not introduce new issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the testing process.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in manual and functional testing.
Experience with Salesforce (preferred but not mandatory).
Familiarity with automation testing tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
