Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Frontend Developer:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop user-friendly web applications.
- Create responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Implement user interface designs and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure quality and functionality.
- Backend Developer:
- Develop and maintain server-side applications using programming languages such as Java, Python, or PHP.
- Design and implement APIs to support frontend functionalities.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure smooth integration of frontend and backend components.
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure reliability and functionality.
- QA Automation:
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Create test plans, test cases, and test data for functional and regression testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using defect tracking tools.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Frontend Developer:
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Backend Developer:
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages like Java, Python, or PHP.
- Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Django, or Laravel.
- Familiarity with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- QA Automation:
- Knowledge of automation testing frameworks like Selenium or Cypress.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance.
