Position: Trainee Software Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Assist in the analysis, design, and development of software modules and components.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of code quality.
- Debug and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
- Write and execute test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills.
- Contribute to the documentation of software design, development, and testing processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE / BTech) in any stream.
- Graduated in the years 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
