Position: Software Development Analyst

Job Designation: Development Analyst / Business Solution Analyst – BA/QA / Systems Analyst

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree Experience: Freshers

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to analyze business requirements and assist in the development of software solutions.
• Assist in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications.
• Support the implementation of software projects by participating in various phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct system analysis and requirements gathering to ensure solutions align with business needs.
• Work closely with senior team members to develop and enhance software functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software projects.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug software defects and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
• Adhere to established coding standards and best practices.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Collaborate with professionals at all levels within the organization and build a strong professional network.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to chart one’s own career path within the organization.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with software development concepts and methodologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming languages and frameworks is desirable.
