Position: Software Development Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in the entire software development life cycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain software applications using programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
- Perform unit testing and debugging to identify and resolve defects.
- Collaborate with business analysts and quality assurance professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and test plans.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance technical skills.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills in interacting with stakeholders.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential risks or issues related to project delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to chart one’s own career path and build networks within the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment with professionals at all levels.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.
- Proactive attitude towards learning and keeping up with emerging technologies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
