Position: Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Oracle SQL and PL/SQL applications, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, DDL, and DML statements.
• Participate in the entire project cycle, starting from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
• Work with reporting tools and generate reports as per project requirements.
• Have a strong hands-on knowledge of PL/SQL, including triggers, functions, tables, views, and Oracle Jobs.
• Document all processes related to each release or upgrade, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference.
• Utilize data migration experience for seamless data transfer.
• Perform Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripting, shell scripting, and Oracle Jobs to ensure smooth application performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Explore and utilize any ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools as required.
• Communicate effectively and present information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers can apply).
• Mandatory Skills: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, or PostgreSQL SQL.
• Year of Pass out Eligibility for Freshers: 2020/2021/2022/2023.
• Proficient in writing complex queries, stored procedures, DDL, and DML statements.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, including triggers, functions, tables, views, and Oracle Jobs.
• Familiarity with any reporting tool.
• Experience with data migration projects.
• Good understanding of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripting, shell scripting, and Oracle Jobs.
• Knowledge of any ETL tool would be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
