Position Overview: Zordial, a leading technology solutions company based in Jaipur, is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our team as Salesforce Developers. As a Salesforce Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on Salesforce projects and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients. Responsibilities:

  1. Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications and solutions based on client requirements.
  2. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, process builder, and other declarative features.
  3. Apex Coding: Write efficient and high-quality Apex code to implement complex business logic and integrate with external systems.
  4. Visualforce and Lightning: Develop Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Aura frameworks to create engaging user interfaces.
  5. Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.
  6. Data Management: Perform data migration and data management tasks, including data cleansing, data transformation, and data loading.
  7. Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.
  8. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
  9. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  10. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices. Actively participate in training sessions and certifications.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of Salesforce development and customization, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning.
  3. Knowledge of Salesforce declarative features, such as workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
  4. Familiarity with Salesforce integration using APIs, web services, and middleware.
  5. Understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  6. Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  9. Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I, are a plus but not mandatory.
  10. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tools.
