Position: QA (Manual Testing)

Location: Gurugram

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and testing objectives.
• Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Create and execute test cases based on the defined requirements and specifications.
• Report and track bugs using bug reporting tools, such as Mantis or similar tools.
• Conduct regression testing to ensure that software changes or enhancements do not impact existing functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.
• Participate in test case reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation, including test plans and test reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in manual testing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts and methodologies.
• Familiarity with bug reporting tools, such as Mantis or similar tools.
• Ability to create and execute test cases based on defined requirements.
• Basic understanding of test case management tools.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Bonus Skills :

• Good knowledge of Mantis or similar bug reporting tools.
• Experience in writing and maintaining test cases.
• Familiarity with test case management tools.
