Position: Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Oracle SQL and PL/SQL applications, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, DDL, and DML statements.
- Participate in the entire project cycle, starting from requirements gathering to implementation and support.
- Work with reporting tools and generate reports as per project requirements.
- Have a strong hands-on knowledge of PL/SQL, including triggers, functions, tables, views, and Oracle Jobs.
- Document all processes related to each release or upgrade, ensuring comprehensive documentation for future reference.
- Utilize data migration experience for seamless data transfer.
- Perform Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripting, shell scripting, and Oracle Jobs to ensure smooth application performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Explore and utilize any ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools as required.
- Communicate effectively and present information to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers can apply).
- Mandatory Skills: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, or PostgreSQL SQL.
- Year of Pass out Eligibility for Freshers: 2020/2021/2022/2023.
- Proficient in writing complex queries, stored procedures, DDL, and DML statements.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL, including triggers, functions, tables, views, and Oracle Jobs.
- Familiarity with any reporting tool.
- Experience with data migration projects.
- Good understanding of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL scripting, shell scripting, and Oracle Jobs.
- Knowledge of any ETL tool would be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
