Position: Manual Testing

Location: Bangalore

Position Overview: DTC Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a reputed IT services company located in Bangalore, is seeking talented and motivated freshers to join our team. We are currently hiring for the position of Freshers with strong skills in Manual Testing, SQL, and Core Java/Selenium. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who have been trained in these skills and are looking to start their careers in the field of software testing.

Responsibilities:

1. Manual Testing: Conduct manual testing activities, including test planning, test case development, test execution, and defect reporting.
2. SQL: Utilize SQL to write and execute database queries for data validation and verification.
3. Core Java/Selenium: Apply your knowledge of Core Java or Selenium for automation testing, test script development, and execution.
4. Test Documentation: Create and maintain test artifacts such as test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports.
5. Defect Reporting: Document and report defects using appropriate bug tracking tools. Provide detailed information to assist in issue resolution.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, business analysts, and project managers to ensure effective communication and smooth project delivery.
7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Graduates from BE (CS/IS/ECE), BCA, or MCA, who graduated in 2020 or 2021.
2. Strong skills in Manual Testing, SQL, and Core Java/Selenium.
3. Should have undergone training in Manual Testing, SQL, and Core Java/Selenium from reputable institutes.
4. Good understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
5. Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test management tools.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot issues.
7. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision and accuracy.
8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate test results and collaborate with team members.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position based in Bangalore at DTC Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
• The mode of work is Work From Office (WFO) for all five days a week.
• Immediate joining is required, and the notice period should be nil.
• The interview process consists of two rounds of face-to-face technical interviews.
