Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Salesforce applications, including debugging and performance optimization.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and compliance with coding standards.
  • Document technical designs, implementation approaches, and user guides for Salesforce applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for new Salesforce projects.
  • Assist in the development and execution of test cases and support user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

  • Fresher with 0-1 year of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Possession of Salesforce PD1 Certification is mandatory.
  • B.E/B.Tech or Masters Degree in a relevant field (2023&24 passed outs).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Salesforce development concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, data management, and integration mechanisms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
