Position: Java Full Stack Developer (Fresher)

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work on both the front-end and back-end of web-based applications, collaborating with a team of experienced developers to deliver cutting-edge solutions for our clients. This role requires a strong foundation in Java programming, as well as knowledge of front-end technologies, databases, and frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and industry standards.
• Debug and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure the quality and reliability of the applications.
• Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• A fresh graduate or recent graduate in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Java programming language and object-oriented concepts.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of web development frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
• Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL) and SQL queries.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate ideas and concepts.
