Position: Developer

Job Summary: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and talented freshers to join our team as Developers. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development projects.
• Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions using various programming languages and tools.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
• Debug and resolve software defects and issues reported by clients or internal stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and programming languages.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Work in an agile environment, collaborating with team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide support and assistance to clients during software implementation and post-implementation phases.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical and professional skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Graduates from the batches of 2021 or 2022 are eligible to apply.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, C++, C#, Python, or Ruby.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary for this position is up to 11.6 LPA (Expected), commensurate with qualifications and experience.
