Position: Associate Software Developer
Location: Work from home
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a team of experienced developers to design, develop, and implement software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and propose effective solutions to ensure the smooth functioning of software applications.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in software development and leverage them to improve our products and processes.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to enhance overall code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, quality assurance engineers, and designers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Continuously improve your technical skills and knowledge through self-learning and participation in training programs.
Requirements:
- Graduation or Master’s degree in Engineering, MCA, BS, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a software developer or internship experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and agile practices.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.
- Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Passion for learning and keeping up with emerging technologies.
