Positions: Data QA , RPA Tech Lead
Location: Pune and Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
- Data QA (Experience: 6+ Years)
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate data quality and integrity.
- Perform data validation and verification to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, developers, and business analysts, to understand data requirements and identify testing needs.
- Identify, report, and track defects using defect tracking tools and participate in defect triage meetings to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct root cause analysis of data-related issues and work closely with the development teams to ensure effective resolution.
- Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and tools to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging data quality and testing methodologies and technologies.
- RPA Tech Lead (Experience: 5+ Years)
- Lead and manage the development and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions.
- Design and develop RPA bots using industry-leading RPA tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and develop automation workflows.
- Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical guidance on RPA implementation strategies.
- Define best practices and coding standards for RPA development and ensure adherence to them.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of RPA solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the RPA development team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA trends, tools, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Data QA:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data quality assurance and testing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of data validation techniques, data quality standards, and data integrity concepts.
- Proficiency in SQL queries and scripting languages for data analysis and validation.
- Experience with data testing tools and frameworks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- RPA Tech Lead:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in RPA development, preferably as a Tech Lead.
- Strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Experience in designing and developing RPA bots using industry-standard methodologies.
- Excellent programming skills in languages like C#, Java, or Python.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
