Key Responsibilities:

As an ETL Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Conducting end-to-end testing of ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
2. Developing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
3. Identifying and documenting defects, issues, and deviations from established standards.
4. Collaborating with the development and data engineering teams to resolve issues and ensure data quality.
5. Working with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure data is transformed and loaded correctly.
6. Participating in test strategy development and continuous improvement of testing processes.
7. Providing timely and accurate test status reports to project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in ETL testing.
2. Proficiency in Hyperion.
3. Strong knowledge of ETL tools and processes.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages is a plus.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
