Creates comprehensive test plans from Stakeholders requirements.
Creates and contributes to framework enhancements to support application teams with automation of UI, Mainframe or API workflow.
Validates and ensures Quality testing scripts are robust and maintainable.
Participates, coordinates, and leads peer review sessions.
Detects and investigates functional scope of applications, reusability, and optimize automation scripts using experience and tools.
Works with various technology teams to remediate.
Creates comprehensive and actionable Quality testing reports.
Partners with IT and Non-IT teams.
Participates in SCRUM meetings and other project meetings.
Plays a key role in mentoring, training, and bridging the specific skill gaps across the Quality Engineering domain.
