As an ETL Tester, your primary responsibilities will include:
- ETL Testing: Conduct end-to-end testing of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
- SQL Expertise: Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, transformation, and quality checks.
- MT/MX Messaging: Work with MT (Message Type) and MX (Message Exchange) Messaging protocols, ensuring their accuracy and effectiveness.
- Digital Payments: Apply your expertise to testing digital payment systems and payment gateway projects.
- Banking and Payments: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate SWIFT transactions and ensure the integrity of banking and payment modules.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on ETL and SQL testing.
- ETL Testing: Proficiency in ETL testing methodologies, data validation, and transformation.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation and manipulation.
- MT/MX Messaging: Experience with MT (Message Type) and MX (Message Exchange) Messaging protocols is a plus.
- Digital Payments: A minimum of 2 years of experience working on digital payments and payment gateway projects.
- Banking Knowledge: Familiarity with banking and payment modules, preferably in the context of SWIFT transactions.
- Communication: Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address data quality issues.
- Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail is essential for conducting thorough data validation and messaging testing.
