As a Data Architect , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data infrastructure and strategy. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions that support our business objectives. This role requires deep technical expertise in integration, ETL, database technologies, and the ability to lead data-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.
2. Data Architecture: Design and maintain data architectures, including data models, data flows, and data dictionaries.
3. Integration: Lead data integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow across various systems and platforms.
4. ETL: Develop and manage ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources into our data warehouse.
5. Database Management: Administer and optimize databases to ensure performance, security, and scalability.
6. Python and SQL: Utilize Python and SQL for data analysis, scripting, and data manipulation.
7. Testing: Implement data quality checks and testing procedures to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
8. Snowsight and Snowflake: Work with Snowsight and Snowflake for data visualization and analytics.
9. Product Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-related product development and enhancements.
10. Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of data architecture, processes, and solutions.
11. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of data excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Data Architect with 8 to 11 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and database management.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with data testing and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with Snowsight and Snowflake is a plus.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Adept at managing multiple projects and priorities.
