• Must have 6 Plus years of experience in automation.
• Must have experience in Selenium, Java, Appium, Maven, API automation, AWS SDK, AWS Cloud Platform
• Develop and define automation standards, policies, guidelines, and best practices
• Identify the business and process changes that are required to implement an automation strategy and, working with business and IT areas, develop plans for putting in place the required changes.
• Identify automation domains and develop specific automation plans for each, including development, versioning, maintenance, and reuse policies for automation artifacts (scripts, configurations, etc.)
• Develop and implement metrics to identify and measure automation including time savings, improved compliance, error reduction and improved efficiency.
• Align defined automation strategies across DevOps and CoE practices.
• Lead team of automation
