Position: TOSCA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and testers, to identify test requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using the TOSCA automation tool, ensuring high-quality and reliable software delivery.
- Execute test cases, identify defects, and work closely with the development team for issue resolution and continuous improvement.
- Participate in test automation framework design and enhancement activities, contributing to the scalability and efficiency of the testing process.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in adopting TOSCA, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in test automation, proactively recommending improvements and incorporating new technologies where applicable.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
- Proven experience in TOSCA test automation, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including test design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript and JavaScript, enabling effective test automation development and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality software iteratively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- TOSCA certification, validating your expertise and proficiency in TOSCA test automation.
- Experience with other test automation tools such as Selenium, UFT, or accelQ, broadening your skill set and adaptability to different testing environments.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, enabling seamless integration of automated tests into the software development lifecycle.
