Position: Test Lead / Test Manager Automation Testing

Location: Bangalore

Company Overview: Infosys Technologies is a leading global technology consulting and services company, providing end-to-end automation solutions to clients across various industries. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead / Test Manager Automation Testing to join our team on a contract basis. This position has the potential to be converted to a full-time role based on performance.

Key Accountabilities:

• Managing stakeholders and working closely with the internal development team.
• Leveraging around 12-14 years of IT experience in automation testing of software applications using Selenium across multiple technologies.
• Extensive experience in automation testing, as well as manual testing, preferably in the insurance domain.
• Implementation experience with various QA methodologies, test plans, test strategies, estimation in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Proficient in reviewing and analyzing business requirements, developing test plans, test strategies, test cases, test data, test procedures, test reports, and documentation of manual and automation tests.
• Expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks using Data Driven, Keyword Driven, Hybrid, and Page Object Model (POM) methodologies.
• Ability to review, design, integrate, and set up engineering solutions for automation frameworks.
• Develop a business case to propose test automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of core Java & C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts, with experience in designing, developing, and enhancing automated test scripts for Selenium.
• Lead, manage, guide, and train a team of 8 to 10 automation testers.
• Proficient in laying out project plans and managing various facets of the whole SDLC, including business documentation, development tasks, and test assets, for modular iterative sprints within VersionOne.
• Good understanding of database testing using SQL (DDL and DML queries) on SQL Server.
• Excellent test reporting and communication skills.
