Position: Software QA Tech (Manual Testing)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual testing of software applications to ensure quality, usability, and functionality
- Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on project requirements
- Identify and document software defects, issues, and risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on testing strategies
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing as required
- Validate and verify fixes for reported defects
- Participate in test result analysis and provide feedback to the development team
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Continuously update knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Assist in the development and maintenance of test documentation and test environments
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Passion for software quality assurance and manual testing
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and testing methodologies
- Prior experience or certification in manual testing is a plus, but not required
