As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products across diverse business domains. Your expertise in both manual and automation testing, coupled with your experience in various industries, will be instrumental in identifying defects and ensuring a seamless user experience. - Manual Testing: Leverage your expertise in manual testing to plan, design, and execute comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Automation Testing: Utilize your automation skills to develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools.
- Cross-Domain Experience: Apply your experience in various business domains, including ERP Real Estate, Healthcare, Security, E-commerce, Finance, Insurance, Mobility, and Personal Communication, to adapt testing strategies accordingly.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of software applications by identifying defects, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
- Test Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing objectives, test scope, and acceptance criteria.
- Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to validate that new features and enhancements do not introduce regression defects.
- Test Reporting: Prepare test reports and documentation to communicate test results, defects, and testing progress to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.
Requirements:
- Total Experience: 5 years in QA, encompassing both manual and automation testing.
- Domain Expertise: Experience working in diverse business domains such as ERP Real Estate, Healthcare, Security, E-commerce, Finance, Insurance, Mobility, and Personal Communication.
- Preferred Job Type: Open to remote work and work from the office in Ahmedabad.
- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
