Position: SDET / QA Automation Engineer
Location: Gurgaon/Hyderabad
PureSoftware Ltd is a leading technology company that provides software solutions and services to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced SDET / QA Automation Engineer to join our team. This is an immediate joiner position based in Gurgaon or Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test automation scripts using Selenium with Java and C# for web applications.
- Utilize BDD methodologies and tools such as SpecFlow, Cucumber, and Gherkin for test automation.
- Perform performance testing using JMeter to ensure application stability and scalability.
- Conduct API and GUI automation testing to validate system functionality and user experience.
- Use Rest Sharp library for API automation testing.
- Apply advanced knowledge of OOP/OOD, design patterns, and SOLID principles to develop robust and maintainable automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an “AGILE + DevOps” environment to ensure the smooth integration and delivery of high-quality software.
- Work with modern DevOps tools like Git, TeamCity, TFS, etc., to support continuous integration and deployment processes.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experience in test automation using Selenium with Java and C#.
- Strong expertise in BDD methodologies using SpecFlow, Cucumber, and Gherkin.
- Proficient in performance testing using JMeter.
- Experience in API and GUI automation testing.
- Familiarity with Rest Sharp library for API automation.
- Advanced knowledge of OOP/OOD, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Familiarity with “AGILE + DevOps” process management methodology.
- Experience with modern DevOps tools like Git, TeamCity, TFS, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
