As an RPA Developer (UI Path), you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of automation solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Process Assessment: Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and assess processes suitable for automation and optimization.
- Design and Development: Designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using UI Path to automate identified processes.
- Bot Deployment: Configuring and deploying bots to execute tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Testing and Validation: Conducting rigorous testing and validation of RPA solutions to identify and resolve issues and discrepancies.
- Documentation: Creating comprehensive documentation of RPA workflows, processes, and solutions.
- Maintenance and Support: Providing ongoing maintenance and support for deployed bots, including troubleshooting and enhancements.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams and business units to ensure the successful integration of RPA solutions.
- Compliance: Ensuring that RPA solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.
Required Skills:
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- 2-5 Years of Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in RPA development, with a focus on UI Path.
- UI Path Expertise: Proficiency in UI Path development, including design, development, and deployment of bots.
- Process Automation: Strong understanding of process automation, optimization, and workflow automation.
- Programming Skills: Knowledge of programming languages and scripting (e.g., C#, VB.NET) for advanced automation tasks.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to identify automation opportunities and resolve technical issues.
- Documentation: Strong documentation skills to create clear and concise documentation of RPA workflows and processes.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and teams.
