Key Responsibilities:

As a QA – Testing Resource, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Test Planning: Collaborating with project teams to create comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project requirements and timelines.
  2. Test Case Design: Designing, documenting, and maintaining test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
  3. Test Execution: Executing test cases, conducting functional, regression, and integration testing, and meticulously documenting test results.
  4. Defect Identification: Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects and issues using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  5. Quality Assurance: Ensuring that software products meet and exceed quality standards and are ready for release.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve defects, verify fixes, and facilitate smooth project progress.
  7. Remote Work: Thriving in a remote work environment, ensuring high productivity and effective communication with project teams.

Required Skills:

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

  • 2-3 Years of Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
  • Test Planning: Proficiency in creating comprehensive test plans that align with project goals and timelines.
  • Test Case Design: Strong skills in designing, documenting, and maintaining test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts.
  • Test Execution: Proven experience in executing test cases, conducting functional, regression, and integration testing, and meticulously documenting results.
  • Defect Tracking: Familiarity with defect tracking tools and methodologies to identify, document, and track defects and issues.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
