As a QA Manual & Automation Testing Engineer at TetriQ Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications. Your expertise in manual and automated testing, coupled with your knowledge of AI and ML, will contribute to the development and deployment of cutting-edge solutions that impact industries across the board. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, utilizing your technical skills and creative problem-solving abilities to enhance our software products.

- Manual Testing: Execute manual testing procedures to validate software functionality, identify defects, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and perform thorough regression testing.
- Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium. Design, implement, and execute automated test suites to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and accuracy.
- AI and ML Integration: Leverage your understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts to design and execute tests that validate AI/ML components within software applications. Collaborate with AI/ML teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Defect Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and prioritize defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools. Collaborate with development teams to facilitate defect resolution and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Test Strategy and Planning: Contribute to the development of comprehensive test strategies, taking into consideration business requirements, user scenarios, and technical specifications.
- Performance Testing: Execute performance testing to assess software responsiveness, stability, and scalability. Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide testing insights, and deliver high-quality software releases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in QA manual and automation testing, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.
- Proficiency in Python programming and Selenium for automated testing.
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, with the ability to test AI/ML components within software applications.
- Familiarity with industry-standard testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Immediate joiner with a maximum notice period of 30 days.
