Position:QA Lead with Automation
Location: Pune

Synechron Technologies, a global technology consulting and outsourcing firm, is currently hiring a skilled QA Lead with expertise in automation testing. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 8 years of experience in QA, specifically in automation. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the QA automation activities for projects, ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of automation frameworks and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand project requirements and define the automation strategy.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Execute automated tests and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the QA team members, fostering their growth and development in automation testing.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement QA automation processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the field of automation testing and proactively recommend process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA, with a strong focus on automation testing.
• Proficiency in automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or Appium.
• Expertise in programming languages like Java, C#, or Python.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of QA automation engineers.
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality automation solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
