As a QA Lead at FORT TECHNOLOGIES, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. Your expertise in QA processes and tools, particularly Core Java and Selenium WebDriver, will be essential in leading testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals to execute comprehensive testing strategies.
- Test Planning: Develop and implement test plans and strategies to ensure efficient and effective testing.
- Core Java Expertise: Utilize your proficiency in Core Java for test script development and automation.
- Selenium WebDriver: Leverage Selenium WebDriver for automated testing of web applications, ensuring functionality and performance.
- API Testing: Conduct API testing using tools such as Rest Assured or Postman to validate the functionality of web services.
- Eclipse IDE: Utilize Eclipse as an integrated development environment for test automation.
- Agile Methodology: Apply your knowledge of Agile Methodology to align testing processes with development efforts and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience in guiding and mentoring QA teams.
- Core Java: Proficiency in Core Java for test script development.
- Selenium WebDriver: Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver for automated web application testing.
- API Testing: Experience in API testing using Rest Assured or Postman.
- Eclipse IDE: Familiarity with Eclipse as an integrated development environment.
- Agile Methodology: Understanding and application of Agile Methodology for testing in an Agile environment.
