Position: Automation Testing Engineer

Job Overview:
TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) presents an excellent opportunity for experienced Automation Testing professionals. We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for automation testing to join our team. As an Automation Testing Engineer at TCS, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated test suites to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard automation tools and frameworks.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality of software applications.
• Collaborate with the development and quality assurance teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Participate in test planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and implement appropriate automation frameworks.
• Monitor and analyze test results, identify trends, and communicate findings to the project team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in automation testing.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, M.Sc, or MS.
• Candidates with a B.Sc degree must have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant IT experience post qualification.
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant IT experience post qualification for BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/MS graduates.
• Full-time courses will be considered, and candidates must have consistent academic records from class X onwards (minimum 50%).
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Good understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
