Mandatory Skills:

  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in quality assurance and testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce Testing, ensuring the reliability and functionality of Salesforce-based applications.
  • Experience with Copado Robotic for automating regression tests, streamlining the testing process and enhancing efficiency.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps tool for managing requirements, test cases, and tracking bugs.
  • Ability to assess the feasibility of a “Test first” approach, promoting proactive quality assurance practices.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of Java Selenium for web automation testing, enhancing the scope of automation.
  • Proficiency in integrating the test suite with CI/CD pipelines, facilitating continuous integration and deployment.
  • Exposure to Performance Testing, specifically Load Testing, to assess system performance under varying loads.
  • Experience in API Automation, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of application programming interfaces.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with development teams and product managers to comprehend project requirements and formulate comprehensive test plans.
  • Conduct thorough Salesforce Testing to validate the functionality, user experience, and performance of applications.
  • Utilize Copado Robotic to automate regression tests, improving testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Leverage Azure DevOps tool to manage requirements, test cases, and bug tracking.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of adopting a “Test first” approach to proactively address potential issues.
  • Optionally, use Java Selenium for web automation testing to enhance the breadth of test coverage.
  • Integrate the test suite with CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless automation across the development lifecycle.
  • Perform Performance Testing, including Load Testing, to gauge system scalability and response under various loads.
  • Contribute to API Automation to validate the reliability and accuracy of APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve defects, ensuring the overall software quality.
  • Document test cases, test scenarios, and test results to maintain comprehensive testing documentation.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and trends to continually improve testing processes and methodologies.
