Position: QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand software requirements and ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results to identify and report defects, ensuring the highest level of software quality.
- Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing to validate the functionality and performance of software applications.
- Develop and maintain test data and test environments to support automation testing efforts.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Work closely with the development team to investigate and troubleshoot reported defects, facilitating their timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the QA team to develop and implement effective testing strategies and test plans.
- Continuously enhance and maintain the automation test suite, incorporating new features and technologies as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in QA automation and software testing.
Requirements:
- 4 to 10 years of experience in QA automation testing.
- Strong knowledge and experience in automation testing methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software testing concepts, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience in testing web-based applications and services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
